Jamestown Road

Jamestown Road has been permanently closed to west bound traffic, consequently providing the site with dual access from both the industrial estate to the west and the residential area to the east. This dual character has informed the design. Two commercial blocks which address the mainly industrial streetscape form a clearly defined built edge to the development while infill residential blocks behind provide a more sympathetic buffer to the existing and proposed residential communities.
