Binns Bridge

The location of the site for this development is on one of Dublin‘s key arterial routes into the city, allowing for the design of a landmark structure to mark the transition into the city centre. This context required an emphasis on the building as a pivotal element in the local streetscape and NDBA‘s approach was to maximise the site footprint with a tall, elegant 8 storey mixed office use building. This was consolidated with a strong, contemporary architectural language focusing on a break up of massing and façade treatment, and balanced with a commercially effective floor plate to core ratio.
