The Coast, Baldoyle Phase 6

Baldoyle Phase 6 is part of an overall masterplan for the Baldoyle Area. Phase 6 consists of 489 residential units with a mix of houses, duplexes and apartments. The architectural concept behind this scheme is to create a quality design and building layout, which in turn will provide a high quality living environment. The configuration of the scheme is based on a closed urban block of terraced houses, duplex units and apartments, arranged through nine typologies in all. Secure basement parking and on-surface parking is proposed for all units, with hard and soft landscaping treatment proposed to enhance the scheme.
