A contemporary design for a proposed new extension to an existing 2 storey with developed roof space red brick house in Rathgar. The client’s brief was to create a new space that would open out into the private garden and capture sun light throughout the day. The palette of materials chosen respect the architectural character of the existing house while also being expressive of a new modern extension design.
