This project on a large residential site on the outskirts of Navan, Co. Meath, seeks to provide a village-like community of dwellings. The units are arranged in clusters throughout the site, creating intimate, small scale, community centred groups of dwellings. Walking and cycling routes extend through the scheme, enhancing connectivity between the various character areas. Densities are boosted with a more urban area of apartment developments overlooking a central park.
