The proposal aims to create a cluster of apartment buildings with an appropriate scale, mass and rhythm for this site on the banks of the River Liffey in Clane, Co. Kildare. The apartments are divided into three blocks, with pedestrian connections to the village and river. Winter gardens are provided, as well as open balconies, to enhance each occupant’s enjoyment of the waterfront setting.
