This project consisted of the design and construction of 140 apartments, ranging from 1 bed to 3 bed, in five blocks of three to five floors, on Thomas Davis Street, Inchicore. The project had commenced and was partially completed when the economic downturn caused the works to be suspended. In 2013 NDBA Architects were engaged to complete the works, ensuring the apartments as compelted complied with the current building regulations.
