48-50 Cuffe Street is a 2,500sq.m office development, close to St. Stephen’s Green in Dublin. The project consists of 5 floors of office space above a ground floor own-door office unit accessed directly from the street. The building mass steps back to the rear to relate to the different scales of Cuffe Street and the surrounding neighbourhood. The façade is a modern interpretation of Dublin Georgian proportions, given a contemporary expression with stone and glass features.
