The Coast, Baldoyle Phase 2

The proposed scheme of 478 residential units is a modern residential development reinforcing the principle of the masterplan prepared by Erskine Tovatt arkitektkontor of Sweden, and complementing the inter-related elements of space, movement and land use. The configuration of the scheme is based on a closed urban block of terraced houses, duplex units and apartments. More conventional semi-detached housing has been used adjacent to the existing residential developments to be more sympathetic to the existing urban grain.
