This proposal consisted of 287 No. residential units on a greenfield site of c.9.77 hectares. A medium density scheme was proposed to provide a mix of single family houses and small apartment blocks. The housing mix sought to provide family friendly accommodation, with accommodation suitable for a range of households, including starter homes for young professionals, and for older people trading down. The proposal included a crèche and several areas of public open space, with a high quality of public realm throughout.
