Lafayette Building

The Building lies at the very heart of Dublin. Treasury Holdings commissioned the practice to design a mixed-use scheme on this prominent site combining Retail, IBTS Blood Donor Clinic and fourteen luxury apartments. The penthouse has four levels and contains a winecellar four floors above the street.
